Found at market in the north of England, this antique Silverplate Cruet Set & Stand were crafted by the venerable James Deakin & Sons.
Nestled into a silverplate stand perched on four ball feet, this practical and elegant set includes two sparkling cut crystal cruets with stoppers, a cut crystal caster with a shining silverplated top, and a pretty crystal pot intended for mustard (either dry or prepared, but it is also perfect for a sambal or any other favored condiment) with a silverplated lid notched to accommodate a spoon. We've selected a period correct silverplated condiment spoon from our collection to accompany the mustard pot.
