Baked into each each piece as it undergoes firings under intense heat up to 2550 degrees Fahrenheit, the smart pattern becomes one with Pillivuyt's thick, glossy glaze. 

First manufactured as bespoke dinnerware in the 1920s for restaurants and cafés who wished to have menus efficiently (and permanently!) at the ready for patrons, this striking nostalgic design has all the handsome hallmarks and charming touchstones of bistroware from this era. As beautiful as it is functional, produced in a sturdy bright-white commercial grade china created to withstand the rigors of daily use, each rimmed plate is made entirely in France from advanced porcelain designed to be shatterproof, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
