Pillivuyt Brasserie Beverage Pot

Inspired by the spirit of Paris's legion of bustling bistros and brasseries, this Brasserie Beverage Pot from the legendary Pillivuyt brings all the energy of a romantic sidewalk café to your table. Decorated in a striking black print upon Pillivuyt's glistening white porcelain, the design is decal printed and applied by hand. Baked into each each piece as it undergoes firings under intense heat up to 2550 degrees Fahrenheit, the smart pattern becomes one with Pillivuyt's thick, glossy glaze.  

First created as bespoke dinnerware in the 1920s for restaurants and cafés who wished to have menus efficiently (and permanently!) at the ready for patrons, this striking nostalgic design has all the handsome hallmarks and charming touchstones of bistroware from this era. Produced in a sturdy bright-white commercial grade china created to withstand the rigors of daily use, each shapely pot is made entirely in France from advanced porcelain designed to be shatterproof, microwave and dishwasher safe. 

Standing tall with its prominent pour handle and sprightly lid, this delightful tea and coffeepot is ready to serve in chic French style at all hours as evidenced by its proclamation - Restaurant à Toute Heure (at all hours), showcasing the offerings from the Grande Brasserie Nationale including 'Pain Gratis' (free bread). Touted as the one and only - La Maison n'a pas de Succursale, meaning the restaurant has no other locations and is not part of a chain, the location served eggs, salads, cheeses and other simple fare.
