Found at market in England, these pretty silverplate serving baskets date from the 1930s and shine with lovely pierced patterns spanning the length of their sides. Both baskets are footed and have a center handle for passing and sharing with ease.
Known as cracker caddies, or cracker baskets, these pieces are designed for elegantly presenting a row of crisp crackers to accompany meats or cheeses before a dinner party or during a cheese course.
