Old French: "estincele," meaning "sparkle"

A truly sparkling addition to a Christmas tree or holiday decor, we are forever enchanted by the glitter of tinsel. The composition of tinsel has evolved since its invention in Nuremberg in the early 1600s - it was originally an expensive decoration made of thinly hammered real silver to reflect candlelight on Christmas trees - but its ability to charm remains undimmed.

This lovely retro-inspired garland features glittering tinsel and baubles, and is certain to delight wherever it is hung!

Tinsel garland is approximately 84" in length.
