Former foraging and cooking instructor to Pâtissier Pierre, Chef Chantal is busy overseeing preparations for tonight's annual tree lighting in the town square. Acutely aware of the importance of keeping a rabid crowd well fed during what is often a frosty evening, she's about to give her award-winning cheese and wine fondue a final taste-check before the serving stations sponsored by Wanda's Wine Bar are set and lit throughout the square.

With a recipe created from an artisan cheese that won a coveted spot on Gifting Gracie's list this year, Chantal is no stranger to fame. From a recent feature spread in CATalogue following her surprise win on reality hit Mousetrap Foraging Nightmares, Chantal is at the top of her game!
