The handles are in lustrous mother-of-pearl, the ferrules are rendered in sterling silver and the silverplated blades and tines of each piece are exquisitely engraved with lovely embellishments. Packed in its original wooden presentation box, this magnificent set is truly one-of-a-kind.
Originally intended for use with a fruit or dessert course, this set is also ideal for appetizers, salads, a light lunch, even breakfast - any time the proportions of a dinner knife and fork are too large for the course or meal being served.
