With a jaunty plaid bow tie visible from across the room and a trusty ermine cloth over his arm, Simon is visibly proud of his recent promotion following high achievement on his 2nd level Cork Tasting exam.

A key team member at Winnie's Wine Bar since its grand opening in 2022, Simon has risen through the ranks, working his way all the way up from a temporary hire to become Winnie's indispensable right paw. Thrilled that a visiting VIW (Very Important Whiskers) has ordered this very special bottle that has been pristinely aged in exacting climate control for more than 700 mouse years, Simon can hardly contain his anticipation in uncorking this grand cru.
