Invented in Paris by distillery owner Fernand Moureaux in 1885, Suze Gentiane Liqueur has been a popular aperitif in France for well over a century. Harvested from the mountains of the Jura and Auvergne regions of France, this highly aromatic liqueur with bittersweet herbs, spices, vanilla and candied oranges is sought-after the world over to this day.
Found at market outside of Paris, this charming Suze Gentiane Glass Carafe is embossed with the name Suze name in bold letters, followed by "Aperitif a la Gentiane". Perfect for water or juice, this handsome carafe is as classic and special as the liqueur it is named after.
